Introduction

The quest for quality education and excellence in the core value for the Old Mill community and , as it conquers the hardships it faces as a previously marginalized community , it hoped that implementation of strategies proposed will enhance skills development for the learners and surrounding community as outlined in National Qualifications framework. With the enrolment of 921 learners on average and staffed with 27 educators , the school can contribute meaningfully and address the national skills shortage with support from Government and Business communities Situated on Warbler Street in Empangeni , the school has wonderful opportunities for growth through networking with neighboring schools , industries and the University.
